I’m Laura, and I started Twelve Stories because I wanted something quieter. Something more intentional. A dating experience that felt like it was designed for people who actually care - people who’ve lived a little, reflected deeply, and want to meet someone on the same page.

Twelve Stories is an intentional dating club for people in their 30s and 40s. Each month, we send you one carefully considered match - chosen by a real person who has taken the time to read your story and understand you. No algorithms. No overwhelm. Just a thoughtful introduction, with a few words to help you imagine what might be possible between you.

Our members aren’t here to collect matches. They’re here to find something meaningful. They’re open-minded, emotionally intelligent, and ready to date with clarity and care. Some have had great loves before. Others haven’t yet. But everyone’s here with real intent.

We’re not trying to scale fast. We’re trying to serve well. That means detailed attention, warm support, and a matching process that actually reflects the complexity of people’s lives.
